Wow a whole year!! I would not have thought. which reminds me, I should remember the date I started my new blog LOL, I never do remember these things and am always amazed how others know all those dates!

congratulations the first year is such a wonderful blogging birthday so much to discover and so much joy
i have an illness too ,and some days i feel just wonderful and then sometimes its not so easy ,friends help ,but i also have to be open for all the little things like a pretty autumn leave, ore a flower,i love stones too ,the morning ore evening sky ,a book i find and its so wonderful it feels like it was just written for me at that moment,music to sooth my soul.
i know a women which has a extra room in her store with plants , she had run out of space in her house , and now she sells them ,they are very unusual and often strange ore funny looking,so now i have a lot of them at my house and i love the way they look ,i am interested in all kinds of music from classic to opera to techno, i go swimming and i walk a lot ,work in my garden ,i just have a little spot of green on my finger but love doing the things myself in my primitive way of so called gardening, and i am so happy when i can get something to grow.
i too have to let go, of a lot of things ,because anger does not help me with my illness it just seem to get worse then,so i ask myself first if it is worthwhile to get angry and over a long time i found out not very much is.
i make sure that i have lots of books ,movies ore crafts around.
i had an old friend which used to ask me: have you been good to yourself today?so i ask you that.
and now have a great second year ,there are so many new things to discover
